Legal notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)
Effective: October 27, 2026. This is the disclosure required by Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. The Japanese version is the original.

- Hearth Pro (auto-renewing subscription). It unlocks the Hearth app features (logging meals, workouts and weight, the dashboard, goals and plan) and the connection to ChatGPT and Claude (Hearth Coach).
- Price
- ¥480 per month or ¥3,800 per year (tax included, Japanese App Store). The price shown on the purchase screen (App Store) applies. If a free trial is offered, the purchase screen shows its length and end date; the App Store grants it once to eligible customers.
- Other charges
- Internet connection charges. Connecting an AI needs your own access to ChatGPT, Claude or another AI service, which may charge its own fees.
- Payment method
- App Store billing (the payment method on your Apple Account).
- Payment timing
- Charged when you purchase (at the end of the free trial, if there is one), then renewed and charged automatically every month or year.
- Delivery
- Available as soon as the purchase completes.
- Cancellation
- Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period (or the free trial) ends to stop the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Returns and refunds
- Digital services can’t be returned after purchase. To ask for a refund, use Apple’s Report a Problem; Apple decides on refunds.
- Requirements
- An iPhone with iOS 17 or later. Connecting an AI needs an assistant that supports MCP connectors, such as ChatGPT or Claude.
