把 Hearth 連結到 ChatGPT / Claude
連結後，就能在與 ChatGPT 或 Claude 的對話中把飲食、體重與運動記錄到 Hearth。兩種方式都只需三步。
開始之前
- Hearth Pro 已生效(AI 連結是 Pro 功能)。
- 使用與 Hearth App 中登入相同的 Apple 或 Google 帳號。
- 如果使用 ChatGPT：需要可使用開發者模式的付費方案。
透過 ChatGPT 連結
- 在電腦或網頁瀏覽器開啟 chatgpt.com，在設定中開啟開發者模式(需要付費方案)。
- 新增一個 App(連接器)，貼上下方的連接器 URL。
- 使用與 Hearth 相同的 Apple 或 Google 帳號登入並允許存取。

- 在 Claude 中打開「設定」→「連接器」。
- 在「新增自訂連接器」中貼上下方的 URL。
- 使用與 Hearth 相同的 Apple 或 Google 帳號登入。
https://mcp.hearth.protoductai.com/mcpHearth Coach 目前還不在 ChatGPT 的 App 清單中。上架後，就可以在設定的「App」中選擇。
連結後，這樣對它說
- 「午餐吃了烤鮭魚定食」
- 「今天早上體重 58.4 公斤」
- (傳送飲食照片)「幫我記錄這個」
根據照片估算卡路里與 PFC 的是 AI。Hearth 會儲存這個估算值。
等 Hearth Coach 上架 ChatGPT 後
等 Hearth Coach 上架 ChatGPT 的 App 清單後，可在設定的「App」中新增。在此之前，請在開發者模式下建立連接器並貼上同一個 URL。在 Claude 中，把此 URL 貼到「新增自訂連接器」。
需要你允許的內容
連結時的登入畫面會要求身分驗證(openid)、個人檔案(profile)、帳號比對(email)以及維持連結的更新(offline_access)。
解除連結
在 Claude 的「設定 → 連接器」或 ChatGPT 的「設定 → App」中中斷 Hearth。中斷後，已儲存在 Hearth 的資料不會被刪除。
